Step 2:
Pre-consultation:
Once we receive your enquiry form, detailed consultation is made with the specialists and the best possible treatment option is decided. This information together with other itinerary details will be given to you for your approval. The package furnishes the minutest details regarding reception, transportation, accommodation and health care.
Step 3:
Adjustable advance payment:
Once the proposed treatment plan is cleared by you, 20% of the total intimated expenditure amount is to be sent as adjustable advance payment so that necessary bookings may be made to avoid any inconvenience to you.
Fiji National Provident Fund (FNPF) assists Fiji citizens in providing funds who undergo medical treatment in India. Please enquire at your nearest FNPF office or feel free to contact us.
Step 4:
Arrival/travel
in India:
On receipt of the advance amount all the travel transport arrangement for you and your companion, if you have one, will be made. You will be received at the airport and escorted to the hotel or Guesthouse that you indicated. Once you are rested, we will begin the next stage of your journey to health.
Step 5:
Commencement of treatment:
As arranged with the specialists you will be escorted for consultation, diagnosis and admission to the hospital. In the mean while suitable arrangement will be made for other members of the family for their sight seeing or shopping, as they desire.
Step 6:
Recuperation/rejuvenation:
After the required operation/treatment you will be staying at the guesthouse or hotel as pre-arranged for the recommended period of recovery. At this stage, if your doctor agrees, a trip or two to places of your interest, spas, or shopping can be made before you go home.
Globally, India is known for its effective traditional Ayurvedic medicines, Yoga and meditation techniques for recuperation and rejuvenation. You will be able to experience these authentic treatments with Masters in these fields, should you choose, and if your doctors agree.
Step 7:
Follow up:
Even when you are back in your own country we will be in touch with you to follow up on anything that may need attention and action. Your doctors, also, will be available for any consultation with regard to your complete recovery, away from the hospital.
